Versions of our Terms of Business
Our Terms of Business carry a version number and an effective date. The version that applies to you is the one in force on the date of the proposal, invoice or written instruction that formed your contract with us. Later versions do not replace it.
Every version we have published is listed here. When a version is superseded it stays on this page, so you can always read the terms that apply to your own contract.

Superseded versions
There are none. Version 1.0 is the first published version of our Terms of Business. When it is replaced, it will be listed here with the dates it was in force.
Corrections
13 September 2026 — the effective date shown on our Terms of Business was corrected from 12 to 13 September 2026, which is the date the page was first published and readable. No wording changed, so the version number stays at 1.0.
